Well first problem to be a stickler, is you're using tables. You want to use tables for tabular data, and css to structure the actual layout. While I don't have much experience with directories, I'm not sure if it's wise to target "keyword directory" for your keywords.. no one is going to be typing those keywords in google.. .rather, try to target keywords that people are actually searching for.
