Need Urgent Help With Google Rankings

Will someone explain me why my site, Utlys.no is on the first page of google.com with keywords like 'auksjon' and 'rubrikk', but not in google.no, even this is supposed to be a norwegian site? I can't even find my site at all with those given keywords on *.no. When i submited my page to Google, I had a english language tag (xml:lang=en") included on my main page. But I tried to change this language tag to "no" a week ago with no results, and googlebot has been visitng my site twice since then according the google webmaster tool. Google is still determining my website as a english site.

I would appreciate if someone could help me out.

I think you are not concentrating on geo-targeting for your website. You must try to build authorized links locally which is like social bookmark your website in a set of social bookmarking sites of Norwegian . By this your website can get search engine position in Google.no. There are such more SEO tactics to get search engine positions.

you got to geo target your website.To do for this it also depends from which region you are hosting and also get back links from the websites which are hosted in that region.
