Ouch... you might like to mail Google with a re-inclusion request! ottomh the address was once webmaster@google.com but I imagine things are a bit different now.

Re: your robots.txt - like they say - if it ain't broke..! I'd remove the damn thing altogether if I were you, or maybe put up an empty one that's read only and owned by root, with this story in the comments, to stop people ever doing that again
