You can use 3 to 4 main keywords for your home page in title seperated by comma and for subpage add only those keywords which the content contains.

Do not repeat keywords more than 2 times in Title Tag.

If you want to use keywords in the title tag then its better to use | in place of comma.

a title tags can contain keywords separated by comma or a slash. the limit is upto 60 to 65 characters. the title tag should be good to attract the visitors of search engine. per page you have to use upto a xcertain limited of keywords.

do not add "," in title tags. You can use these symbols:"-" and "|".
