Google Index please Help

I designed a site for a friend and its index page is a flash intro embeded into a blank white html page. This file is named index.html if you click the link on the flash intro you then enter the main site at main.html

I have submitted this site to google and google has indexed it.

But here begins my problem

when u enter the domain name into google the search results list the main.html page but no mention of the index.html file

Is there a reason y google hasn't listing the index page as the root file?

The person I designed this site for is desparate for the flash intro to appear first not for people to go direct to the main site!

Please help any info would be greatly appreciated

An almost identical site colepage.co.uk has been indexed correctly this is very confusing I don't see any differences

put a few link chain under main.html ,make them to index.html
rising its page rank..

you register in webmaster tools any error massages will show in tools will give solutions also.

Use deep linking so that google will indexed your inner pages like index.html
