how i can get 100% backlinks

Hello every one i need your help
i have huge daat of forums profiles bookamrking sites plig sites
social media sites press relase sites
but when i submit my link on all of them then i only get just some backlinks way and how i can get 100% backlinks can you tell me
mean if i will submit 1 link on 1 forum then it will b google count and add in his list
how this is possible plz help me thanks

The sites are a bet, if you do your research when it comes to backlinking. Some of them have been for a while and come back without a link. Do not say you do not give a backlink.
