Some advice needed

I run a sporting website service for clubs who want a cheap and professional looking website that is easy to use.

I was thinking of maybe adding some banner adverts to their sites and maybe splitting the revenue with each club as an incentive for them to sign up to the service. Most people who dont have a clue about web design think that adverts improve the look of their site. THey think it makes them look more professional!?! I suppose if you could get nike banner ads or something like that then it wouldn't do any harm.

Each club will have their own domain name etc if they sign-up to the package but im a little worried about how I would go on about paying them etc.

Any ideas on this would be great.I dont actually have much of a clue where to start.

why not offer a "discounted rate" if you're allowed full ownership of banner ad space?

Yeh thats not a bad idea. Its only cheap though as it is as. I would rather just have it on by default and they pay extra to remove it.

Its more of a case of knowing how to manage it and also knowing a good place to get the adverts from.

Hmm im not sure buying an ebook is going to help me hear.

I guess i just need to find out some more info first. I will have a look at some of the CPC ad networks.

That eBook's a bit misguided, but not as awful as I expected.

You can provide some attractive packages to them, like if one person is member of a club he/she can have a little or some access to other club free of cost. It will also increase the chance of the existing one to go for other club.

Its all about incentives and promotions! Make the user feel that they are getting value for their money and that the service you are offering is different from all of the other ones out there.
