I have a .com, h e ymail.com , its pretty catchy (isnt it?) and I cant help think it's worth a bit of money.
I'm not very good at generating revenue online full stop, so i'm wondering what I should do with it. So far I see my options as: 1) develop it, offer webmail? try to make some money that way. I can see it being a bit of a headache though what with spammers etc and not getting the domain blacklisted. 2) put it up for sale now, auction it? 3) find other ways to increase traffic to the domain, increase the importance of it, and sell it in 6 months, thinking it might be worth more than #2. What should I do, anyone like to guestimate how much I could expect to sell it for right now? and in 6 months with a bit of work? i've added spaces in the domain as I dont really want this post coming up in SERPS related to the domain ![]() |

If you are not into domaining, I suggest you get into it before trying to sell domains :P
Well, if its not developed right now.. you might be able to sell it for from low xx to mid xxx.. you never know, it depends on who sees the name or how you market it. You can always ask for appraisals at many of the domain, wemaster, etc. forums and communities.. usually they'll tell you what think of the domain, what they think it's worth, etc. but domaining is not easy biz, it takes a bit of time to learn how things work.. and don't rely too much on appraisal tools; you have to know how to interpret and make use of the results.
