A quick mention about the importance of brand and identity in <title>:

I've found that how well the title plays out as far as the real click-through is totally dependent on the market.

If a certain brand name is well established for a set of keywords or topics then user's are likely to reach towards them especially if the brand is trustworthy. What this means is that if one is leaving their company name at the end of <title>, it may not be as successful (since it is subject to cut-out given the number of characters and what is likely to come before it)
