Your URLs really make my eyes bleed!
Instead of: /index.php?PHPSESSID=794392f6fb5279d87531c83ec76ffd d8&board=2.0 you should be using something like /freelance_best_work/. Ditch URL sessions immediately - cookies aren't that tough a requirement to ask for; leaving them like that will leave you plenty of duplicate content. The dynamic parameters on your URL don't help either. URLs are a key place to put keywords in, and you're missing out.
Consider upgrading to a newer version of SMF and adding the SEO tools - they will do most of your SEO work for you!
Your meta descriptions are also a bit on the short side. Consider including the first sentence / 20 words from the article post, as well as its title. The Google Webmaster Tools can help you pick which descriptions to amend once you've logged in and verified your site with them.
