Short answer: wait.
You haven't been blacklisted as far as I can see, so you will get re-indexed shortly.
If you want to monitor this, use Webmaster tools to check crawl stats and when Google last accessed your robots.txt.
If you really want to throw some money at SEO, I'm sure some of the more experienced SEO'rs on here would be prepared to put together a report on your sites strengths and weaknesses, along with recommendations. Hell, I'd even do it if the price was right. Or you could just use the new
site reviews forum.
